Daniela obtained her B.Sc. in Food Science and Biotechnology and her M.Sc. in Medical Biotechnology from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna (Austria) after completing a final year project on human antibody receptors. Currently, she is working towards her Ph.D. in Biochemistry under the supervision of Prof. Rein Ulijn at the ASRC Nanoscience Initiative in New York. Her research focuses on designing stimuli responsive material using biological fuel sources.
